COVID-19 and Pregnancy - Learning From Each Other, Experiences in UK and LMIC
This webinar will allow participants to compare the responses to the Coronavirus pandemic from a women’s health perspective in two countries with differing economic environments. We will also have up-to-date data from the rolling clinical outcomes audit into maternal and perinatal outcomes of pregnancies affected by COVID-19, performed by the MBRRACE collaboration, Oxford, UK. Finally much clinical activity has been transferred from face to face activity to remote consultation and a brief overview of its benefits will be presented.

The speakers will include:
•        Dr Eddie Morris (UK) – Introduction to the Webinar
•        Professor Marian Knight (UK) – UKOSS and MBRRACE, UK data that can inform global practice
•        Patrick O’Brien (UK) – Coronavirus and pregnancy in the UK, a HIC perspective
•        Professor Javiera Fuenzalida (Chile) – Coronavirus and Pregnancy in a LMIC
•        Dr Ed Prosser-Snelling (UK) – Remote consultations – setting up from scratch

The webinar will also feature an introduction from Dr Faysal El Kak.
