Article 16

Suspension

1. The rights of affiliated and benefactor members who, at the end of the calendar year and without reasonable grounds, have not settled the subscriptions or contributions for the immediately preceding calendar year will be suspended.

2. Suspended rights will resume immediately after the full and complete settlement of the situation.

Article 17

Termination of capacity as affiliate or member

The capacity of an affiliate or member shall be terminated once a substantiated call for termination, or request from the individual, is submitted in writing to the board of directors who will then raise the matter for discussion at the General Assembly.
